As Pizzeria Portofino begins reopening for dine-in service, and continues delivery and carry out services, we are taking precautions to ensure you remain confident in dining with us and feel safe in how we operate our restaurant. Your health is our top priority in everything that we do.
Dine-in services will remain at 50% capacity. Masks are worn by all employees at all times. We’re introducing disposable and digital menus and will maintain thorough sanitation procedures and continuous hand washing.
For your health and safety, our policy is that all guests are required to wear masks while in the restaurant and while seated at all times (including when interacting with staff), except when actively eating or drinking.
All guests will have their temperatures taken prior to entering the restaurant. Any guest with a temperature over 100.0 Degrees Fahrenheit will not be allowed to dine with us.
All guests must confirm they have not traveled to any restricted state within the last 14 days
To help offset restrictions on our business resulting from the COVID-19 crisis, a 4% surcharge has been added to all guest checks. If you would like this removed, please let us know.

March 19 - April 4
Join Pizzeria Portofino from March 19 – April 4 for Chicago Restaurant Week and enjoy special three-course lunch and dinner menus featuring dishes such as Portuguese Octopus, Due Funghi Pizza, Lasagna Bolognese and Cacio e Quattro Pepe. Finish your meal with restaurant’s signature Profiterole Bianco. The menus are $25 per person for lunch and $39 per person for dinner, plus tax (gratuity not included).
